Helping You Cope During the COVID-19 Pandemic
Rarely have people encountered something as stressful, frightening, and impactful as the COVID-19 pandemic. Lives have been disrupted, relationships have changed, people have suffered physically, emotionally, socially, and financially.
Although many of the fears and concerns about the pandemic are understandable and normal, there are things you can do to cope with them more effectively.
The Coping Counselors at the Center for Coping continue to provide supportive mental health services to help anyone needing coping strategies, advice, and support.
Our services:
- Due to COVID-19 (the coronavirus crisis), the Coping Counselors at the Center for Coping are all continuing to provide telephone and video sessions to our patients. In-person appointments are also being scheduled by some of our professionals, as needed.
- Our Coping Counselors are also available to do free initial consultations with any new individuals who could benefit from coping strategies at this difficult time. Our free initial consultations are also available by phone, video, and in person.
