Your First Coaching Session- Complimentary, and With No Obligation

Your first coaching session is a complimentary 15-minute introductory conversation to review the coaching process, answer your questions, and set up a plan. Once this is completed, you and your coach will arrange a schedule of coaching sessions and payment options for the level of support you wish to receive. Sessions are conducted via telephone on a weekly basis and also include e-mail correspondence to enhance progress. However, when and how can be arranged to meet your needs!

Before your first official coaching session (your first 30-minute or 45-minute session), you’ll probably want to provide your coach with some information so s/he can get a better understanding of who you are, what your needs and limitations are, and what you’re looking for during the coaching process. (You’ll discuss the information that would be most helpful during your first, complimentary coaching session.)

In your first coaching session, you and your coach will set goals and develop action plans that will best fit your life and your personality, so that you can begin making progress right away. Subsequent sessions will review your progress, answer your questions, and revise your action plans to keep you moving toward your goals. Remember, the purpose of coaching is RESULTS!
